These providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, APIs, or similar technologies to measure advertising, attribute leads, create audiences, limit repeated advertisements, and display advertisements that may be more relevant to you.

Legal, Safety, and Compliance Disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

At Your Direction

We may disclose information to another person or organization when you direct us to do so or consent to the disclosure.

4. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Some state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain disclosures of online identifiers and browsing activity to advertising or analytics providers, even when no money is exchanged.

To the extent these laws apply to us, you may request to opt out of:

  • the sale of personal information;
  • the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • targeted advertising; or
  • profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

You may submit an opt-out request using the contact methods in Section 13 or through our cookie-preference tool, when available.

Where required by applicable law, we will also process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending the signal.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information belonging to children under 16 for targeted advertising.

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, embedded scripts, tags, and similar technologies for:

  • relevant advertising.

Our website forms may also use fraud-prevention and security tools, including CAPTCHA technology.

For more details and information about available controls, please review our Cookie Statement.

6. Email and Text Communications

Email

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Even after you unsubscribe from promotional emails, we may continue sending transactional or service-related messages, including appointment confirmations, invoices, safety information, account notices, and responses to your requests.

Text Messages

When you provide a mobile telephone number and agree to receive text messages, we may send:

  • appointment confirmations and reminders;
  • technician arrival or scheduling updates;
  • customer-service messages;
  • account or service information;
  • review requests; and

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages from the applicable program. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of promotional texts will not prevent us from contacting you through other lawful methods or from sending necessary service-related communications where permitted by law.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes. We may disclose that information to providers that help us deliver and support our messaging program.

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, scheduling systems, social-media services, maps, videos, reviews, customer portals, or other services.

We do not control the privacy or security practices of unaffiliated third parties. Information provided directly to a third party is governed by that third party’s policies and terms.

12. Changes to This Privacy Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations.

When we update it, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
