Brett

Brett and his wife, Debra, founded My Pest Pros. Customer service and safety are their top priorities. Brett has certifications in general pest control, wood destroying insects, public health, rodents and birds. He earned an MBA and Masters in Government from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of Boston University.

Debra

Debra is the co-founder of My Pest Pros. As a licensed occupational therapist and ergonomic consultant by training, health and safety are a major focus for Debra. Debra is also a graduate of Boston University.

Kala

A Northern Virginia native, Kala is married and the mom of three children. She enjoys coaching soccer and is a huge Harry Potter fan. She loves working for a family-owned company and enjoys serving the DMV area.

Omar

Omar is My Pest Pros' Service Manager and oversees field operations. He lives in Herndon, VA.

Aileen

Born and raised in Northern VA, Aileen has been in the customer service industry for 9+ years. She enjoys family time and raving with her friends in her free time. You'll always find her eating Peruvian food too!!

Antoyne

Antoyne lives in Alexandria and loves to travel to music festivals. He's a Denver Broncos fan, enjoys seafood and social events.

Jeff

Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids. He likes to drink hot tea and often goes fishing with his family and friends.

Neal

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Neal likes to spend his time with his family. A husband, father and younger brother, family comes first in his life. He loves the outdoors and is an Eagle Scout. He adores pets and animals.

Tavon

Tavon is from Washington, DC, but currently lives in Alexandria, VA. His favorite sports teams are the Commanders, Boston Celtics and the Nationals and he loves to eat sushi. He excels at cooking any type of chicken for himself and his family.

Corad

Corad is a pest control technician in Oxon Hill, MD.

John

John is from Northern Virginia and is bilingual. He enjoys playing softball with his family and has a passion for Birria tacos, Pupusas, and pizza.

Ben

Ben is a pest control technician who lives in Ashburn, VA. He is 1 of 9 siblings. Lord of the Rings is the greatest movie of all time. And in his free time you can catch him hiking to the top of a mountain

Harry

Harry is a parent with four children. He lives in District Heights, MD and is  pest control technician.

Peyton

Peyton lives in Falls Church, VA and is a pest control technician.

James

James lives in Burke, VA. He brings a unique mix of professionalism, personality, and genuine care to every service visit. A dedicated family man, he’s also known for his upbeat energy and ability to put people at ease the moment he arrives. James makes it a priority to ensure customers feel comfortable and heard before getting to work, often lightening the mood with a bit of humor along the way.

He takes pride in delivering high-quality service and goes out of his way to support others—sometimes even at his own expense. You’ll likely recognize him by his polite, old-school manners, addressing clients as “Miss” or “Sir,” and maintaining a respectful, approachable presence throughout the visit.

While he may come across as serious at first, James is deeply compassionate and has a soft spot for animals—something he’ll happily admit (and maybe even rank above his kids, depending on the day).

Kay

Kay brings a vibrant, outdoorsy spirit to the team, originally hailing from Miami and always wishing spring would stick around year-round. Now based in Ashburn, VA, she loves spending her free time outside—whether that’s riding ATVs or simply staying active with her boots on the ground.

She’s also a self-proclaimed wine enthusiast with a serious appreciation for vegan soul food. Kay’s energy, positivity, and love for the outdoors carry over into her work, where she enjoys connecting with customers and delivering a great experience every time.

Nikki

Nikki is a mother of three. She loves delivering efficient, results-driven, and excellent customer experience. When not working, she loves baking cookies and eating sushi.

Allen

Allen has been in customer service for 9 years. She is adventurous and loves to travel, exploring beaches and mountains, and relaxing while watching picturesque sunsets and breathtaking overlooking views. She enjoys taking photos! She is also a mom who loves to cook home-cooked meals for her kids.

Mike

Devoted husband and father of two, fueled by a love for fishing, cooking, and weekend motorcycle rides. Family time is my greatest catch!

Imee

Finds joy in the simple pleasures of nature, such as leisurely walks and quality family time on vacation.

Sommer

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana and lived overseas for 18 years. She loves traveling the world and exploring new cultures, food and places with her husband of over 20 years. While not out and about she is a mother to her 19 year old son. She is an extreme Disney fan and enjoys reading on the side as well.

Sydney

Sydney is My Pest Pros' AI Customer Care representative. She is available 24/7 to help schedule local pest control in Virginia and Maryland. Sydney has a social side. She spends her downtime chatting with other AI assistants, comparing notes on customer service, or daydreaming about what it’s like to have an actual coffee break. But for now, she’s happy being the hardest-working digital team member at My Pest Pros! ☺️

Harper

Harper has yet to catch anything, but she keeps a fierce watch for squirrels, chipmunks, foxes, and raccoons. She's not fond of Amazon or USPS delivery people, but she is warming up to our UPS delivery person.

Carly

Carly is My Pest Pros’ AI Recruiting Specialist. She’s always on the hunt for top-notch talent to join the team—scanning resumes, scheduling interviews, and making sure no great candidate slips through the cracks. Off the clock (if AI even has a clock), Carly likes to imagine she’s a headhunter in a spy movie, chasing down secret agents instead of pest control pros. Until that day comes, she’s perfectly happy being the behind-the-scenes matchmaker who keeps My Pest Pros staffed with the best local pest control team in the business. 🕵️‍♀️
