Corad Williams was just here and is warm and knowledgeable. Would be happy to have him service our home again.Always pleased with the quality of the people employed by Pest Pros, but a recent change in making reservations - putting callers through to an AI voice system - has been terrible.The AI is programmed to take specific dates/times, then state it will "pass the message on to our reservations team." However, the messages don't seem to be passed on accurately. It took nearly two weeks and several phone calls on my part to get Corad out for a mouse problem. This shouldn't happen, particularly for a company who charges close to $100/month for their subscription services.Again, every human being I have interacted with at My Pest Pros has been lovely.
