American Cockroaches

Brown-Banded Cockroaches

Brown-banded cockroaches get their name from the two lighter bands across their dark brownish bodies. Male brown-banded cockroaches can also fly, often found in upper cabinets or rooms other than kitchens or bathrooms.

German Cockroaches

These cockroaches are tan/light brown and sport two parallel stripes on their heads, entering homes or businesses in packages. They thrive on sanitation, water leaks, and sewage issues.

Oriental Cockroaches

Oriental cockroaches are giant, dark, and shiny cockroaches that live in sewers or wet, decaying organic matter. They prefer cooler temperatures and often travel through sewer pipes. Since Oriental cockroaches are usually found in sewers, they enter buildings through drains. You can spot them in basements, crawl spaces, leaf piles, and firewood piles.
