Reviews of My Pest Pros

This was our first time to use PestPros. We had another pest service, but they have been unsuccessful in handling the rodents in our basement. The PestPro crew thoroughly inspected inside and outside and set up many bait boxes and traps to determine how the rodents are getting into the basement.

Richard the technician was very knowledgeable and took care of the pest problems I was having. He was very good at communicating and offering advice. Iam glad I signed on with Pest Pro. They are very responsive and treat their customers well.

Another call to My Pest Pros to save the day with two in-ground super active Yellowjacket nests. Hal showed up on time with a phone call too. He carefully went about his business eradicating both nests. He also ensured that the chemicals would sprayed carefully so as to not hurt our boxwoods. Very professional and patient in explaining the process. My Pest Pros is the only call we need to make when needed. Really are the Pros!!Neil arrived to take are of hornets and wasps. Very professional and effective in eradicating both. Thank you.

Trace was absolutely awesome and a life saver. I'm new to Utah and bought a house near downtown, however I have a tremendous fear of bugs, and saw a few over the past few weeks which prompted me to call in. Trace was so caring, and patient with me, explaining everything very granularly so I'd understand. He was also extremely patient as I had my slight panic attacks just talking about the subject, while not judging me being so dramatic. He did me a solid and put in a light bulb in an area I was afraid to go into. Such a sweetheart and overall went above and beyond the call of duty. I had another service going on and Trace's level of patience was top tier. I'd absolutely recommend Trace and this company; I'm a forever customer! Thanks again Trace!!

Neil was amazing ! Found the mice entry holes and sealed them . He was thorough and very respectful coming in and out of the house very much appreciate the detailed work .

This was my first treatment. Anthony was very pleasant and professional. He paid close attention to my concerns as I showed him around the property. He explained what was going to be done and then proceeded to thoroughly treat the property. I am very impressed with their initial service.

Tech was on time, knowledgeable and respectful. This was my first time using this service but I feel, based on the first visit, I made the right choice.

Trustworthy

I booked them for bed bug treatment after weeks of disturbed sleep and itchy bites. The technician checked mattress seams, bed frame joints, and even curtains. They used both steam and chemical spray and asked us to leave for a few hours. The first night still felt slightly uncomfortable, which worried me, but they returned for a follow-up treatment. After that, the issue finally disappeared. It took effort, but the result was worth it.

Great service - extremely thorough with solid communication about treatments

I had previously paid for another company from October 2022 to August 2025 to eradicate my mouse population in my attic, garage and crawl space. After almost 3 years, the problem persisted. John solved the problem in less than 3 months and have been mouse free since! My only regret is that I did not find John earlier! Thank you John for the great work!
