Excellent service from start to finish. Our technicians, Jeff and Omar, called before arriving, showed up right on time, and were incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the treatment process to my elderly father and addressed his concerns. It's refreshing to see a company that truly cares about its customers. A stellar example of great service—I would definitely recommend them.

Posting again as a continued happy customer! Neal came to do my interior service yesterday. He was polite and listened to my issue (springtails in the bathroom) and treated my whole house. He even said hi to my cats in their carriers! It's awesome working with such a great company. I do appreciate that they have a 24 hour phone - i believe it's AI person overnight, but it's great! This is the second time Antoyne has been the technician coming to treat the property. He’s always on time and polite. I appreciate the deep knowledge base and enthusiasm he has in his work. Patient when answering all my questions. Thorough in the pest treatment inside and outside. Any question or concern I had - he had something in the truck to fix it. Took my request of “I don’t care if it eats other things, kill everything” and executed. Haven’t seen so much as a gnat. Thanks again!

Neil did an amazing job indemnifying where the issue was and where the mice were coming from.

We had several yellow jacket nests in our yard. Our house was surrounded. My Pest Pros came out and sprayed for yellow jackets and all insects and spiders. Within two to three days, we had zero insects in and around our house!! It was wonderful! They also sprayed for mosquitoes and ticks and for the first time in 10 years, we can actually leave our house without swatting mosquitoes every two seconds. I’m not exaggerating. We had a lot of mosquitoes no matter what we did until My Pest Pros!! Now we have zero!!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!
