My Pest Pros is offering disinfecting services for commercial clients throughout Washington D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. The disinfectant treatment that we are utilizing is approved by the EPA. This product is recognized as an effective treatment to kill COVID-19 and bacteria on non-porous surfaces.

How Do Disinfecting Treatments Work?

My Pest Pros is following the latest guidance we’re receiving from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Environmental Protection Administration. Our disinfectant offers extra protection that both home and business owners need.

We will apply a low-toxicity, disinfectant that kills a broad range of viruses, bacteria, and pathogens to keep your business safe.
We apply a product included on the EPA’s “List N” of products that the U.S. government says has proven effective to viruses. Including SARS-CoV02, which causes COVID-19, on hard surfaces.
We will treat walls, counters, tables, cash registers and other hard, non-porous surfaces.
While low in toxicity, our trained technicians will perform the services in full PPE when areas are not in use.

				We had the same experience as another reviewer. We called on a Thursday and got a quote. We called on Saturday to accept the quote, and was told to wait for a call back. We left a message on Sunday. On Monday we got our call back that explained that they only have an answering service on the weekend, there wasn't anyone from the company to answer our call. 



Also, the quote we received a few days ago would be at least 50% more money, and this second person said the first person misunderstood what services they offered.

				This company is exceptional with customer service. Every time I pick up the phone with any issue, a technician is quickly sent out to address my concern. Speaking specifically on my experience, my technician Brian is not only professional and thorough (emphasis on the thorough), but is very knowledgeable in most concerns I discuss with him. And if he doesn’t quite know the answer, he’ll do his due diligence and get an answer. My pest pros is certainly worth the money because of employees like him. 				We had a recent yellow jacket problem and kept finding them all over our basement. Pest pros came out quickly and took care of the problem without any issues, and their prices were better than 2 other companies I called.
