I’m very happy with today’s service. Osmar walked me through his process for removing the rats. We discussed the risks and benefits before proceeding with treatment outside the house. Then, he went with me to the basement, and inspected the joists and floor for any sign of rodents getting into the house (negative for that). I would call on him again.

Our technician Omar was really great - friendly, explained that he was doing and was very thorough. Really happy with this company and the results have been great.

William called to inform me he was on his way and arrived at the time provided. He quickly and efficiently went about his work and let me know situations I should be aware of. I appreciated his insights and communicating his progress.
